Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations

Due to the nature of our training programs and scheduled coaching services, all registrations, memberships, and payments are final. Once a player is registered and payment is completed, cancellations are not permitted, and no fees will be reversed.

Football academy sessions require pre-allocated resources, including:

  • Coaching staff scheduling

  • Training ground reservations

  • Team formation and planning

  • Equipment and facility preparation

For these reasons, we cannot cancel, pause, or reverse any enrollment once processed.
 

2. Non-Transferable

All registrations and payments are non-transferable.
Participants cannot transfer their slot, membership, or training package to another person, team, or future program.
 

3. Player Absence

If a player misses a session, class, training program, or match for any reason—including injury, illness, travel, personal commitments, or weather—no cancellation or credit will be issued.

We operate fixed schedules to maintain team structure and coaching quality.
 

4. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If the academy cancels a session due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events:

  • We may provide a make-up session, alternate training, or academy credit,

  • At the academy’s discretion.
    This does not entitle participants to refunds or cancellations.
     

5. Exceptional Circumstances

The academy may consider exceptions only in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • System error during registration

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Approval of any exception is solely at the academy’s discretion.
